Delicious Cilantro Salad Dressing

Cilantro Salad Dressing

Cilantro Salad dressing

Serving Size: approx. 2 cups
Servings: varies
Prep: 15 minutes

*I suggest all organic ingredients for
robust flavor and health.

Ingredients:
1 bunch of cilanto, washed and stemmed
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp cumin
*(optinal: pinch of red or black pepper
if you like spicey)
2 cups extra virgin olive oil

Making It:
*In a blender thoroughly blend all the
ingredients and pour into a glass bottle.
*Keep refrigerated.
* For use on salads and other dishes
for that mexican flavor.


Avocado Ranch Dressing

Ingredients:
1 cup Vegenaise, (soy-free)
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp dill
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp Redmond Sea Salt
1 tsp parsley
1/4 cup filtered water
(use more or less for desired
consistency).
1 avocado (can use more for
more robust flavor).

Directions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together with fork, the vegenaise,
garlic and spices.
2. Mash avocado(s) and add to the bowl, blending well.
3. Add water, whisking, to desired consistency,
4. For a smoother dressing blend in food processor
for 30 seconds or so to your likening.
5. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate until needed.
Lasts up to 2 weeks in fridge.

No Oil Avocado Salad Dressing

No-Oil Avocado Salad Dressing

Servings:    3 cups

Prep Time:   10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 avocadoes, peeled and pitted
1  1/2 cups  distilled /filtered water
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
6-8 fresh basil leaves
1 tsp. Redmond Sea Salt
1 tsp. paprika

Making It:
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth may add additional/less water as needed for desired pouring consistency.
A good and tasty way of cutting out the excess fats from
our diet.

Double the recipe if needed

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
2 cups Trader Joe’s extra virgin cold-pressed olive oil
1 tsp. celery seeds
2-3 cups fresh basil leaves
1 tsp Redmond Sea Salt

Making It:
Place all ingredients in blender for 1-2   minutes or until blended well.  Store in glass jar in the refrigerator.

Variation:
*For a sweeter dressing, add a few drops (to taste) of liquid NOW Brand Organic Stevia.
*Or just enjoy the Earthy Tone dressing with the celery seeds.
Try them both and see which you enjoy better, be adventurous…they
are both very tasty.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3 Tbs. nutritional yeast
1-2 tsp Redmond Sea Salt

Making It:
Blend in the blender or food processor until powdery. Put in a small jar and keep refrigerated until used.

Ingredients:
2 Tbs Coriander powder
2 Tbs Tumeric
2 Tbs Cumin
2 Tbs Garlic powder
2 Tbs Redmond Sea Salt

Making It:
Mix together and store in glass spice jar. No need to refrigerate. Leave on table with the salt and pepper, ready to put on salads.

1 cup Vegenaise, soy-free
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Dill
